The Persian-shiite regime in Tehran has been curtailing services to the Baluch and restricting the right to free life in Baluchistan because they believes some  Baluch have refused to fulfil their obligation and have violated Persian-shiite law. It is government task to secure and protect citizens and punishes the criminal in order to protecting the right of people. The people of Baluchistan are not drug-trafficker or criminal. The collective punishment of the Baluch is not justified and their rights to free life.
War involves a moral evil. Every war is the outcome of human decisions.  Under certain circumstances a war is necessary in which a worse evil can be prevented. War is not natural disaster therefore no war is unavoidable. National self- interest of Iran (Persian) is not justification for a policy that involves denial the right to free life to the Baluch in their own homeland.
National self-interest of Persian is no more or less important than the private interest of individual therefore must be subordinated to morality. Hitherto the way state of Iran has been maintained only at cost of depriving other human beings (Baluch, Kurd, Arab and Azari Turk) of opportunities for rational self-realisation.  The Baluch private and nation-self-realisation life has been tarnished and the Baluch has been debased as rational human being.
